Our Vision was to create a middle man at no cost to the client, someone that can filter through the good companies from the bad, the registered agents to the illegal ones, a company that is here to look after the client regardless of which property is chosen, regardless of the budget and the commission that’s on offer, did you know that for every legal company in Spain there is 2 illegal website’s, and with 40,000 companies there is only 45,000 registered staff, that's less than 2 contracted staff per office, so how have we created a company that can help you avoid the pitfalls and problems of choosing the wrong agency to work with?
What we have done is spend the last 2 years meeting every registered agent in Spain in every area we work, we have approached every company no matter how big or small and got to understand who they are and what their priorities are, we have checked their licenses and made sure that they are a good company to work with, then our next step was to rate each company internally and select the companies we feel are the best to work with.
With this information we have then selected choice agents in each area for our clients to work with, we have covered every budget and every type of property to give you the best selection of properties across Spain from respected and trustworthy companies.
